Position Purpose:

A member of the Leadership team, which is the management team for company to be sustainable for a long term success. To provide management and leadership to Quality departments which is in charge of all quality system to ensure that the customer receives a product that meets or exceed specified requirements by observing and evaluation the entire manufacturing process, in order to uphold company policies, to grow the business, and to maximize safety, quality, security, efficiency, and timeliness while minimizing cost. This position description is not meant to be all inclusive of any job function. They may change at any given time based on organizational needs.

Main role and responsibilities:

To lead and supervise all personnel in the department, and assign the role and responsibility of the following duties to every personnel in the department in order to meet the business plan and the goals of the company's and departmental scorecards.

To achieve the growth of sales and profit.

To ensure the customers are satisfied with quality and the delivery on time

To improve the quality and reduce the waste

To improve the productivity

To ensure that Quality Management System including the suppliers conforms to customer, internal, IATF16949, and regulatory/legal requirements.

Develop the business plan including man power plan, investment plan, and Kaizen plan in safety, working environment, quality, cost, and on time delivery to set the departmental goal and scorecard to meet the company goal and scorecard.

Manage resources (Man power and money) to meet company and departmental goals day to day. Oversee direct reports (e.g. Supervisors, Team leaders, Advisors, Setters, Operators, and Helpers) in completion of tasks - provide feedback as needed.

Response to and oversee customers' concerns, complaints, and possible product recalls.

Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.

To develop, maintain, and update the operation standard

Equipment Used:

All measuring and testing equipment related to quality.

Varies depending on tasks.

Computer (Google, Microsoft Office, i5, ERP and Barcode System)

Knowledge Skills:

Leadership

Managerial decision making, problem solving, conflict resolution, and training skills.

Basic computer skills (Google, Microsoft Office, i5, ERP and Barcode System).

Quality management system including IATF16949
