Position Overview: Primarily clerical duties/ record keeping and data entry- will be cross trained to back up other clerical/ auditor positions as needed and will report to the Director of Safety and Risk Management.
Important Job Functions
* Driver Application processing
* Keep inventory of company tablets; order new or replacements as needed.
* Reconcile unassigned vehicle miles by researching, assigning, and assisting drivers w/tablet operation
* Review harsh events generated by Samsara dash cameras and assign action in accordance with company procedure.
* Assign and track completion of reoccurring, monthly, and post-incident training.
* Other Safety related record keeping tasks determined by Safety Director
Other Job Functions
* Cross train and provide back up to the other clerical/ auditor positions on critical duties
* Special projects
Requirements:
* Good written communication skills (email)
* Good typing skills
* Good computer skills
* Flexible workdays (Monday thru Friday)
* Professional appearance
* Good office work experience history
* Knowledge of DOT regulation a plus
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office a plus
