Mobile Support Specialist
Overview
We are looking for a Mobile Support Specialist to join our IT Services team! You will provide tier 2 support to end-users across the Clean Harbors enterprise for mobile devices. This position provides the opportunity to directly support and mentor tier 1 helpdesk support staff. You will also be involved in asset management, hardware configuration for large and small scale projects as well as troubleshooting and identifying support trends in the environment.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end to end deployment of mobile devices including proper documentation
- Identify, diagnose and resolve end user hardware, software and applications issues
- Create and maintain documentation for mobility processes and break-fix solutions
- Manage and maintain enterprise mobility devices via MDM
- Perform inventory coordination of mobile devices
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of a Mobile Device Management
- Experience with Apple iOS operating system
- Strong understanding of support processes - SLA, handling tickets, monitoring, processes and metrics
- Experience using MDM solutions
- Understanding of WiFi and cellular networks
- Strong debugging/troubleshooting skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and on a team
- Ability to communicate effectively
