This is a great opportunity for an RT who enjoys traveling, delivering excellent customer service, working independently and contributing your skills in the operating room. You provide radiology expertise to urology surgeons at hospital and surgery centers. Travel is generally within a 2 hour radius of the office. A company vehicle, phone, and everything needed to travel to different hospitals and provide medical care that can make the difference is provided. Training on lithotripsy equipment is provided. Job Description


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Prepare for, participate in, and complete ESWL (Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy) procedures in operating room at various healthcare facilities
  • Provide technical lithotripsy guidance to surgeons/staff prior to and during surgeries
  • Provide service excellence to customers
  • Enforce safe vehicle operations, safe workplace practices, and equipment safety techniques
Qualifications


Key Requirements:


  • Must be a registered ARRT
  • Must have active state license(s)
  • 1+ year RT experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule due to travel time and scheduled procedures
  • Limited overnight travel may be required
  • Valid driver s license and good driving record
  • Ability to push, pull, and manipulate 100+ pounds of medical equipment
  • Positive and professional demeanor
