Job Description:         

Develop deep knowledge of data sets for a given business area, data storage systems, and operational processes being supported; serve as point of contact for data inquiries; obtain and analyze data using statistical tools; perform regular checks to ensure accuracy and stability of systems and data; ensure that any errors are analyzed, elevated and corrected; serve as go-to resource to direct inquiries to appropriate parties; provide oversight of operational activities and review data flows across systems for accuracy and completeness; perform root cause analyses of data errors; identify opportunities to eliminate future occurrences and recommend short and long-term solutions for issues; provide advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution; recommend changes that will enhance work-flows and procedures; integrate new or existing technologies into work-flows and communicate to all team members; analyze impacts and prepare environment for change; identify opportunities to standardize, scale, or automate common report requests; propose enhancements to reports and existing processes; interpret business needs, analyze impacts, prepare for change and document procedures; provide tool and data support to business users and team members; work with management to onboard new analysts and provide informal coaching and training.

Requirements:

Requires Master’s in Digital Sciences, Computer Science, or closely related field and three years of experience in job offered or as Computer Systems Analyst and/or IT - Data Analyst. Background in education, training or experience must include Data Management, Data Analysis, SQL Programming, Python Programming, Tableau Analytics.
