Overview Key Accountabilities: This position will report directly to the Warehouse Manager. This position is responsible for supervising the loading of route and transport trucks for a warehouse facility. Responsibilities This position will have a night shift starting at 4pm with a minimum of 45 hrs weekly. Flexibility is required depending on the business needs. Identify and prioritize daily and weekly work and assign Own inventory in the warehouse and the inventory process Manage a successful warehouse each day by setting standard operating practices to meet expectations of the Warehouse Manager and Unit General Manager Lead and support facility maintenance including project planning and upkeep in all areas Maintain accurate records including environmental and ensure they adhere to PBNA requirements Coach, lead and develop all direct reports by providing feedback and documented accountability Ensure and maintain accountability consistent with management expectations and all PBNA policies/procedures Manage and oversee the fleet mechanics, needs, repairs and costs All other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager and/or as needs of business change Expected salary range: 65,000-75,000. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Minimum 2 years-experience in Operations or Logistics with previous supervisory experience, required 1 year experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), preferred; Experience in consumer packaged goods or related industry a plus Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends; Must perform duties consistently with minimal supervision; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills; work well with others in a collaborative team environment; Self-motivated with strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and manage competing demands; Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suite; Able to demonstrate good mathematical aptitude; Helpful Experience: Counting inventory (e.g., tracking in-bound/out-bound inventory using basic mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, etc.) Controlling inventory (e.g., counting the level of inventory on the warehouse floor or locating or tracking products in the warehouse) Process control and documentation (e.g., checking/certifying product, following process controls, meeting quality standards with tight deadlines, etc.) Working in a warehousing environment (e.g., understanding SKU configuration, understanding the number of cases on-pallets and the number of pallets on rows, operating consistently with safety standards, understanding pick aisles and warehouse layout, etc.) Working with computers (e.g., operating hand-held remote devices, building and working with spreadsheets and gate logs that show movement of products in and out of a facility, etc.) Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location.
