As our Fragrance Sales Associate, you are responsible for providing unparalleled customer assistance by promoting and selling fragrances and related beauty goods. You have a deep understanding of the products you offer and a genuine passion for the beauty industry, allowing you to assist our clients in achieving their desired look and feel. Further, you will take advantage of product training meetings and seminars, and maximize your personal sales performance to contribute to the success of the department.

• Approach customers with a positive attitude, ready to help and provide exceptional service
• It is crucial for businesses to pay attention to customer requests and keep a record of their past purchases to anticipate their future requirements
• When applying fragrances, it's important to take note of the intensity of the scent and where you intend to wear it. Stronger scents like musk or oud are ideal for evening events, whereas light and floral scents are more appropriate for a daytime setting, like the office
• Make sure that the stock is presented, organized, stored, and replenished properly to streamline the inventory management process
• Our client program can help you develop a loyal customer base, exceed sales expectations, and disseminate news about promotional deals and new products
• It is crucial to communicate with our customers about our complete selection of beauty offerings and services. When necessary, establish productive partnerships with Beauty colleagues in order to deliver optimal results
• Participate in events that are aimed at increasing sales to get the most out of your revenue potential
• The arrangement of stock receipts paves the way for processing damaged and tested products. Assess select merchandise and prepare items that require returning to the vendors
• Point of sale technology, such as handheld equipment, enhances customer experiences by reducing wait times and streamlining processes.
• By following hygiene practices and asset protection protocols, organizations can promote a safe and secure workplace environment
