A really big miss. It's basically a glorified gas station or 7-11 which seems kind of pointless in this location. Seems like it would be more convenient near a freeway or somewhere with way more foot traffic. It's just so small and has such small selection that it serves no purpose to me. An Amazon FRESH store would be a way better addition than this and a store I would actually shop in frequently.

I read the low star reviews. I guess others expectations are way too high….. It’s basically an Amazon deli. Hot & cold sandwiches, Frozen dinners, chips, salsa, drinks, coffee, etc. Place is very clean and very organized, employees are super nice & very helpful. Today they’re giving out free grocery bags, free coffee mugs, free insulated drink holders, etc. I give it 5 stars.

It is slightly above average compare to other convenience store. I went there to get the experience but don't plan on heading back. Other than amazon return, I don't see why I would go there. They need to have combo price to get customer coming back or something that other store can't compete. . Example, the sandwich, chips and drink discount or something.

I was expecting something similar to Seven-Eleven and Lawson convenience stores in Japan where you often end up buying more items than you were planning. Instead what I walked into was nothing more than a gas station minimart with very limited (and overpriced) merchandise selection. Even AM/PM gas stations have more products you can buy. Amazon really needs to revisit and fine-tune the concept to attract repeat customers.

Got a fried chicken sandwich and California veggie from the made to order counter and they were very good! Nice selection of coffee, snacks, drinks and alcohol. Can also return Amazon packages at the service counter.
