I love working here! The people are all so nice and inclusive. With the covid restrictions being lifted, it's nice to see faces again and have everyone together again!

I went to apply for a job several weeks ago and was hired on the spot, as a temp delivery driver. The hiring service gave me email instructions for setting up a new account. When I returned home, I could not access my new email account for work, and was not able to proceed with the position. Both Amazon and the hiring service did not help me fix the situation at all. I could not proceed because there was no initiative to help resolve the problem, on their side. The job was lost over a simple problem that could've taken less than two minutes to fix.
The second time, I applied for Roman Logistics (a service that works for Amazon). Everything went smooth, up until i showed up on location for an interview. I was ten minutes early, and they told me to sit in the cafeteria and fill out an application that they already had through "Indeed". The person who I was supposed to interview with told me that the interview would have to wait until the end of that week, in order to get a proper interview. I never heard back from them at all. Before the interview, I was told that a drug test was required upon arrival, but it never happened either.
Bottom line is that, while it may be easy to hold a job out there, at Amazon the hiring process makes it so much more difficult...it is incredibly sad. I spent all my time and energy trying to recruit myself for the job, and the people there have done absolutley nothing to help out.

Don’t ever work here at DDE8 or Amazon in general. When I worked here the HR locks themselves in their office most the times, they don’t help you when that’s their job. Management played favorites, they had so much personal drama. People wanted to become managers so they didn’t have to work so hard. I worked in the actual factory in sortation and they didn’t cycle people correctly. They didn’t have enough workers so it was a constant 10hr workout, my body was in pain. One day I was trying my best and I was clearly out of breathe and the manager came to me to to nit pick my rates “basically if you weren’t moving like a robot super fast you could get fired”, couple hours later I walked out mid shift and never came back. I’ve never done that to a job except Amazon. HR sent me an email why I left and I said what I basically am saying here and HR never contacted me back. I was there for 5 months

They don't care about world health pandemics and will force you to work while sick or under isolation orders from your doctor. The HR will name call, yell, berate, and more. This is specifically for Chapters, the boss and the HR rep are married to each other and their relationship issues are always brought into work and then employees are blamed and yelled at over the problems they have with each other. Have you considered divorce because I think divorce is the solution here.
