90% of the people there are very friendly and helpful. Pay could be better, hourly pay gets capped after 3 yrs. So after 3 yrs of working a u stop getting raises unless you move up a pay grade/lvl. Really good health benefits. Lots of opportunities for advancement. But trying to figure out how to take advantage of those opportunities is a different story. Not a place you wanna work if you don't plan on putting in effort to move up.

Very unprofessional, got here 45mins early for my 11am appointment, it's now 1pm and they still haven't unloaded 12 palletized skids. I will never haul their freight again.
