I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered an item, paid for rush next day delivery. Here it is 3 days later and my item still says it’s at this location. Sure customer service gave me a $5 gift card but, the last few items I have ordered have been several days even over a week late. Why do offer prime and rush delivery if you don’t stick to times and dates?

My granddaughter works here. They have great benefits for employees. Their HR department make working accommodations if needed.

Jeff and Mark can't Manage to keep there hands to something that's not warm. The owner is to touchy. He doesn't have manners. ON JAN 15 AT 5:30AM MARK/mark was at my house and refuse to go home. oh man... The building is amazing I'll give them that! The managers had poor leadership skills,with smart tush attitudeds. The employees looks as if they are overworked and real life robots 🤖. The owner Jeff and his brother Mark were not the nice gentleman I had pitchered them to be. They both are super nice till you refuse to make a deal. Then it's like they see red. It's actually scary. I won't be going back there ever. I honestly think they have forgotten who they were before the Amazon is like a loaded gun and always having to walk on glass. I feel so abused and feel there's something wrong with the way that they treat anyone.

My driver has been sitting 5 stops away for 20 plus minutes with his tracking on nice to know employees take breaks on the clock now
