Valiant Delivery Service is a terrible DSP to work for. The managers are not professional at all. Raymond is the Manager and he is very unprofessional. In the beginning he will act as if he cares about his drivers but then he is quick to switch on you and treat you with less than respect. He treats his leads like they do not matter. Most of the tires on the vans are bald. They have not replaced them making it a very unsafe environment for any driver to be working in especially when there is poor weather conditions outside. Drivers do complain about the problems that they have to managers but the managers are quick to ignore them and always look past them. Raymond only cares about meeting his quota with amazon so it will make him look good. Raymond as a business owner needs to do better and I have even told this to him myself.
