Concept works well but certainly has a smaller selection than other similarly sized grocery stores, though produce and deli all seem great quality. Amazon’s private label baked goods are also excellent. On the downside, inventory is far less reliable than other grocery stores. My final gripe is that the hot bar is inconsistent; I spoke with an associate who said they are no longer doing hot sandwiches and other counter service hot items in the afternoon and recommended visiting in the morning for the best selection. Their rotisserie chicken and pizza is quite good and reliably available, however.

Best salad bar in town. God help you if you need help here. They have a lot of product just no variety so if going in a regular basis get ready to be bored especially when it comes to the prepared foods. Prices are okay not nearly as cheap as you’d think. Cool concept and no lines is a welcome addition.

Got overcharged on my visit. Contacted amazon through chat and the first person couldn't help so transferred me to another person whom couldn't help. The next day I called the number listed on google for the store, which is actually for the echo team, so they couldn't help either. I finally called the number on the email receipt, which doesn't come for hours until after the order shows up on your account, and they finally took care of it, but I spent 20 minutes speaking with four people to get a credit of $3.29. Sheesh. I got overcharged on visits to Amazon Go too, but it's easier to get a refund through their dedicated app. The tech is not 100% accurate yet, event after a few years. Make sure you check your receipts!
Also got some packaged Wild Blue sushi here and no soy sauce packet included!
Another update, there was a $20 off coupon for $40+ purchase. Initially, I though I had to wait in the normal checkout to use the coupon, but an employee said you can simply scan the coupon QR code, then your instore payment code on your phone. So I did and of course the $20 coupon did not apply. So now I'm spending more time on the phone than the store visit to resolve with customer service.

Wish there could be more health food, organic options. Definitely not like whole foods but good experience to try walk-in shopping. Very convenient.

I love this place, futuristic design makes it easy and seamless to purchase items. However, If you do the walk-out method, be sure to check your Amazon account because sometimes they over charge you or charge you for something you didn’t purchase. In that case, contact Amazon and they will dismiss that charge. I have done all the types of checkout here (walkout, Amazon one, and traditional checkout) and they are all amazing. All the workers and friendly. Selection of food is good and cheap. The deli has great food such as wings and pizza too.
