Instructions for delivery are Rarely followed & almost every delivery is left at the front door & Not the Glass Sliding Door on the Front Porch, which delivery instructions clearly state!! I am disabled & have trouble walking that extra distance & trying to carry or push the package on crutches makes the potential for falls & injury greater! Drivers... READ THE INSTRUCTIONS PLEASE! CALL ON ARRIVAL, PLEASE!

try to no come here as flex driver. good for Associate , they can be slow . but as driver you need to wait everything clear , like everything , which mean Most likely you need to come back here drop off your unfinished package and get deactivate because you can't finish your batch.

The night supervisor/manager took a long time to thoroughly cover all my questions in detail though she was obviously busy with her regular duties, she friendly and kind going beyond what would be expected under the circumstances. I felt warmth about my experience though the location does not serve drop-in customers and could easily have turned me away.
