Well stock and everything is neat. Staff is friendly, and quick to ask if you need help. Several check stands open for faster transaction. Or you can use their shopping carts to shop,bag and pay as you go and skip the checkout line since you can pay on the shopping cart itself. Place has hot foods, from soups, meatballs, lasagna and more. It also has a salad bar and a sandwich and wraps station. Store has also the ability to pickup and return Amazon.com orders. Plenty of parking space and other stores and restaurants around it.

I went to Amazon Fresh store today. I grabbed 2 boxes for hot food items and ended up to use only 1 box. The associate there assured me they will charge only 1 box. But I realized they charged me 2 boxes. I contacted the amazon, I spend over 1 hour to resolve this issue. I thought the concept of the store was brilliant. However, the reality is not that pretty. Don't get too excited! Very disappointed.

So clean!! Cleanliness is priority here. Very friendly employees. They have an amazing salad bar and a huge variety of prepared foods for very decent pricing. Love their self check out baskets, perfect for an introvert lol.

So cool to use the new carts. Drew was fantastic. He helped us to get started and made us feel comfortable using the new smart cart. Nice store!!
