Just opened last year so many workers understand it’s still a job you either ready for or not it’s a JOB! Most ppl wish they had that CANT do it stop complaining and handle it personally

TERRIBLE place to work. I can say co workers are very nice and the job itself isn't really that hard compared to other Amazons I have worked for. There is absolutely no structure. NONE. Covid cases are through the roof. Managers are passive, intrusive and don't care. There is no security or metal detectors. A tragedy waiting to happen. Anybody can walk in and out. Endless concerns that are brought up, yet management never addresses them. No clear expectations of the job and they don't train because they don't have a team to manage that like they are supposed to. Pay is atrocious. This place is falling apart. This place needs to be inspected. I promise they'll find violations every step they take.

Nice employees UPDATE: 12/20/2021 **DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE** -Gave me 13 stops and 67 packages for a 2 hour block (11am-1pm). -Order pick up was 11-11:20am. Said the cart was ready at 11:50 am but didn’t get my cart UNTIL 12:10pm. -Finished scanning around 12:25, tried to load all 67 packages and couldn’t fit it in my car (12:45pm ish) p.s. first stop was 22 mins away. -Contacted Amazon and they said just return the packages back to the warehouse -It’s currently 4pm. The station still hasn’t scanned my returned packages, THEREFORE my itinerary still says I’m late for all the deliveries and I’m getting customers blowing up my phone calling me about their packages. -If you guys read this far, I wouldn’t recommend this station at all. The guy with the glasses (mid 20s) at the need help desk did not help at all. He just told me I had to deliver or I’ll get written up for it. -I even forfeited my 10pm-12am for UNY5 tonight....... Way too stressful.
