Yeah, as far as truck check-in, they simply don’t know what they’re doing. Lots of people milling about but everyone is clueless. I have a feeling I’ll be waiting here unpaid for hours because of their incompetence.

4 am appt. 2 and half hours in line backed up on to busy road. Could not sleep. Get to guard shack told to leave. Truck stop full. No where to go. Go back wait in line again. Drop trailer and told too leave. Repeat. Go back Wait in line again get trailer. Unloaded at 9 pm. Can't get unloading status because you're not there. One star is too many.

My driver was scheduled to deliver last night at 7pm. It is the next day 4:18 pm… it has almost been 24 hours since his appointment and he’s STILL NOT off loaded. If you have a choice to deliver here please choose not to. I have tried bugging them, arguing with them, rushing them and the best they can do is tell us to “sit tight” because they are delayed. After seeing the rest of these reviews there’s never a day they’re not delayed. This is ridiculous.

Took a load here unexpectedly hoping for better results from the last time. Wrong!!! Ended up being here 10 hrs. Never will I ever in life take a load coming here again. NEVER...
