Overall a great place to work. Most manager will be there when you need them. I have only been here since September 2021 and will be relocating due to a promotion.

Worked for amazon for about 5 years. first started at EWR9 than after 4 years transferred to TEB9; what a difference. The difference is EWR9 was established and knew what they were doing but they were very very strict where you felt like more of a robot than a human. TEB9 new people not establish don't know what they are doing but they are so nice to nice. At TEB9 there needs to be a balance and also EWR9 also needs a balance. Being to strict doesn't make the workers happy and being to nice doesn't help the company flourish.

Appointment 7am , arrived 6:45am. Called for door 7:30am, it’s been 7 hrs still red light, the keep saying cause I have full pallets they don’t have space to unload my trailer, other people come and go in less than 1 hour. Other 7 drivers same situation.
