One of the best apartments I have ever lived in. I moved in after I got a job right after graduating from UO. As a student I would not have been able to afford it but with my job (news station in town) I was able to get a studio. I leased a studio on the third floor, and as a young women living alone I felt safe at all times! I could see my car from my windows / balcony at all times. My floor wasn't really loud, I was right by the stairs so I could walk down and up to exit the building. The elevator was a walk away -- but that is okay I only used it sometimes. I recommend if you are looking for something safe and high quality. During the whole year I lived there I never had issues with anything in the kitchen or bathroom VERY MODERN and I loved that I had my own washer and dryer! Everyone would compliment my home, and I was so happy that I could afford it.

Beautiful modern apartments, great location, management is awesome. Julie has been nothing but professional, kind, and accommodating. My partner and I have really enjoyed our time living here!

Moved to Eugene from out of state. They were very helpful and understanding during the process of applying, approving, and finalizing despite myself not actually being there in person until after I moved in. Modern design and tall rooms give a spacious feeling. Excellent building and nice appliances in each apartment. everyone on-site was attentive and well-mannered. Somewhat expensive, and due to the nature of the area and weather, you will want to pay additional for an assigned parking space to park in the building parking lot, or under the building, as the unassigned spaces are for the ground floor businesses only. The utilities are well priced however. Internet service through XS Media is excellent, and their GIG service is a steal. If you are looking for an excellent place to live, and willing to pay a bit more to make sure, then this is the place for you.

PROS:
Location is fantastic.
Light and modern design.
High ceilings.
Ductless HVAC.
Laundry in unit.
Decent LED lighting.
CONS:
Very expensive.
Incredibly cheap cabinets and drawers. Not installed properly.
Could hear neighbors above 24/7 walking/moving things.
A handful of residents not following COVID protocols.
Baseless pet breed discrimination.
Our unit was on Hilyard St. making traffic noise so loud we couldn't have the sliding door/window open without shouting.
Not all units have decks.
Overall a decent place to live if you are new to the area or are in between houses.

I toured Amazon Corner last week and Samantha was wonderful. I just popped in and she showed me three different units, and answered all of my questions. The quality and style is exceptional - very bright and modern. The big windows in every unit add so much to the living space. It seemed pet and family friendly with easy walkability to the store, Hideaway Bakery, Amazon Park and Pool. They seem to have thought of everything.
