We just started USING this service. We have had three deliveries. Everything has worked out. It is a greater benefit to us maybe than to others since I am handicapped. Ordering REQUIRES careful attention to THE INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE, but the selection is very good and so are the prices. We plan TO CONTINUE using it and spreading the word. The service is quick. I ordered this morning and the groceries arrived On time in early afternoon. The Fresh delivery charge on orders over $35 is covered by our prime membership. We don't order from whole foods because of their delivery charge. I edited this review and lowered my rating from 5 to 4 stars because Amazon fresh did not have any stock in foods that we wanted for our Thanksgiving meal. We had to go to other grocers for almost everything. The other grocers have done a much better job with their inventory. Another edit. Today there are no organic tomatoes. Everything is out of stock. Another instance of poor inventory management. Avocados were bruised, so this may not be the best place to buy fresh produce. Another edit. Reducing my rating from 4 to 3 stars on high prices and too many items out of stock. It's too bad that this facility is not managed better. It could be a really helpful resource for handicapped people like me.

Frozen food arrives warm, not frozen. Deli meats not cold As well As yogurt. Wal-Mart only allow two deliveries per driver, this keeps food cold. Amazon can have driver deliver up to five orders, if your fith tough luck. DRIVERS NEED COOLERS. KEEP FOOD COLD A WAREHOUSE.

I placed an order with Amazon Fresh. The Delivery was fine and they did sub one item - that is also fine. BUT the item was Expired, not just a few days. It was MONTHS expired. While it looked fine - nothing weird or green. It was Bitter and that is when I looked at the expiration date. Will be contacting Adams County Health over this also.
