As a Flex driver it’s a 50/50 that everything goes smoothly. Shifts are started late which runs on our time because we don’t finish delivering packages at our scheduled times, I don’t know who decides the amount of packages per car but I’m pretty sure it’s way over the “safe” limit. Sometimes- there are nice employees at the location who are willing to help, but for the most part- these workers have pretty bad attitudes & never step up to help when it’s obviously needed. On multiple occasions I step in to help other Flex drivers on their first ever delivery because the workers are pretty vague & it’s apparent they don’t actually want to help- they just want you to get your packages and move along. Amazon as a company itself over works all of us, from call centers, to delivery drivers to warehouse workers. ALL of us, that’s how corporate works- what we can do is try to have better attitudes, we’re in this together yo!
