As an amazon flex driver I come here very often to pick up groceries for amazon fresh. The staff are nice and extremely hard working always. Although there is a wait for our blocks sometimes ive never had any issue other than a small wait. I would recommend they have roofed parking to help us load and scan bags while it’s raining. When I scan and load while it’s raining the paper bags get wet and by the time I deliver them to customers they tear and are completely unusable to me and for my customers to carry the groceries.

Worst place to work for managers just throw you to the wolves no instructions on task just go. Another new employee said the same thing when i asked her how to do a task that they dont train you. I worked for a amazon before and it was not ran like that.

I live at 2122 Advent Court. One court over is Retreat Court. I get deliveries almost daily for 2122 Retreat Court. I’ve called Amazon Customer Service multiple times and stopped drivers to alert them of the missed deliveries. Nobody wants to hear it. Am I obligated to continue to keep delivering packages to the correct address for Amazon?
