Not sure if this is the right location for this but once again, Amazon driver blocking walkway into building so no one can carry packages up except him. Took video and pictures. Driver started arguing with me.. saying that is the only place to park, blocking stairs to building😳 Really? Open your eyes, there's a loading zone off to the side, away from the entrance to building. This happened in front of 800 Cove Cay at 3pm 12/28/21

Have delivered about 6 times out of this warehouse. Yesterday was a three hour block. Had 45 packages and drove 40 plus miles for this block. Most of the packages were delivered late because they were already supposed to be delivered before I picked up my block at 3 pm. I got to level 2 and supposed to be getting some reserved blocks but none. Also was early double points for my great rating and now that is taken away and don’t know why. If you send feedback they just send a form letter to you in the middle of the night. Made 5 different stops at same condo complex and had me go to different address to deliver something and then come back 5 different times to same condo address. I would sure like to make this work but Amazon seems totally uninterested in doing what they say they will do. Now I get dinged for late deliveries and we’re late before I ever got packages. Can this warehouse get it together????

They were the first place I went on my first night with flex. When they compared my rack to their count it was 3 off to begin with the. Nothing on the rack would scan . They had me pull outside snd let everyone else go and they scanned everything thru their computer and rushed me to get everything into my car.. 33packages no order at all .. my time slot was to be 515 to 815. Yeah trying to figure out what all was kissing and a huge storm on my first night. 10 min til 11 I finished. Not one call from anyone at the company. I really don't see myself going back. Ever
