Hard work, a lot of the time exhausting, great people that I've personally worked with. And, on the most part, the management team is good. Not perfect, but I like the people there. People only last a few weeks there, or they last longer: months and longer. Mainly because they can't hack the hard work, or stay there longer. You know after about 3-4 weeks. It's kinda funny when the co-workers there when you started out with about 12 people, and goes down to 2-3 people after time. If you agreed to the M-F Shifts, it's pretty good. You'll get in good shape in a few weeks to a few months.

I am a worker at DML8 and I love it. the environment is very inviting the management team is awesome. Its a smaller warehouse so everyone knows one another and everyone plays their part. Would recommend for a first job 👌
