My family and I are very pleased with our experience with Amazon Sheds! Since the moment we first walked into the office a few months back, Zoe took great care of us. She was very professional, informative and patient. She addressed all of our questions and concerns with great detail. She even showed us on a big screen monitor videos of past deliveries they had done so that we could understand how a crane delivery worked. From there we met Chris, the permit guy who came to our home to check and measure the area. He advised us about city requirements and suggested the best location for our shed. He took care of submitting all the paperwork required for the permit in just a few days-saving me a big headache! The day of delivery went very smooth. The crane operator and the guys from Amazon who actually placed and secured our shed were very efficient. If you guys are seriously considering buying a shed I highly recommend Amazon. Trust me you will not regret it!

Amazon installed my shed today. Frist I'd like to thank Zoe for making this happen. She was on top of everything from beginning to end, she was very professional, and friendly. She answered all my questions and was able to explain the delivery process. What a sight. they had a crane to lift it into my backyard. And a crew to set and anchor it in place. Great job. Definite 5 star.

Excellent experience with Amazon sheds. Zoe was extremely helpful throughout the process. It was wonderful to work with her. Couldn't be happier with the design and installation.

These guys were great! Service was professional and timely and delivery was right on time and fast! I'm very satisfied with how the shed turned out and will certainly recommend them to anybody looking for one! Great quality product!

Shed took 6 weeks extra from "supposed" delivery date, yet they demanded 50% payments for "immediate" construction. Final delivery day arrived and shed comes with broken parts and a ridge vent that was specifically requested not to be installed. There are are other companies in Miami, don't make my mistake, stay away Update. The sales personnel (Zoe) will sell you this as a 200 MpH shed, LIES, this is a 180 MpH shed Amazon Sheds, I want my money back Update: Amazon Sheds, is very cynical of your part to suggest your mistake is a "lovely gift" because you did not charge me for it. Very unprofessional and low
