I wanted to love this place. I really did. I mean it has two of my favorite things: Amazon and food!! Only, it rarely ever has the food part.
No joke, I've been in on 3 separate occasions for specific items to make specific dishes, and each time Amazon Fresh was out of stock of 90% of those items.
They also got rid of their grab and go items. The other day, the deli said they couldn't make cold sandwiches because they were out of bread. But they could happily make us hot sandwiches. 🤷♀️ Still doesn't make sense to me.
Like I said, I really wanted to love this place. But I'm going to stick with Sprouts instead.
Update to add that unfortunately the system here has not gotten better. I am giving it one additional star because the employees at this store are awesome and I love how easy it is to do Amazon returns here.

Great place! Very convenient and a good amount of parking. The store has a mixture of random foods and items. Mix of 365 brands (whole foods) and others. Very nice staff and clean. Would definitely come back again.
The online shopping works great as well. Usually has everything in stock and if they ship without the item. You get refunded for the missing item.

Actually this place is pretty nice. I went the first fully open day. Great location, clean, wide selection, good value, friendly, and unique cart scale.
There were a few points that need to be improved, like the number of employees competing for the same stuff as shoppers and some improvement on the details of the receipt. But I predict remarkable success for this store.

The shopping experience wasn't as unique as I had hoped. The electronic shopping cart was interesting, but for most part, neither the product offerings nor the services stands out from the competition. The pricing is competitive and the decor is modern and clean, but again, it is nothing to brag about.
The most disappointing thing is the amount of empty shelves in the store. Considering Amazon's buying power and logistics expertise, they should do better in keeping products in stock.

Came to Amazon fresh the first time, and this is how I feel: store looks nice and clean. I tried their new tech shopping cart and it looks amazing! It’s way better than the normal self check out, and I like the way they said:the normal shopping cart is a traditional cart. It works quick, easy, also have access with amazon shopping list. Employees are very friendly!
And here’s what they need to improve: store is too cold(even we’re in CA), do not have enough item on shelf, new cart is not big enough compare with “traditional cart”, and it also have problem with check in, I fail checked in with my amazon account for no reason, and if you buy a lot of item you still need to transfer everything to a normal cart if you don’t wanna carry by hand.
Also I expect to see more amazon’s own produces but there aren’t many, but thanks for the 4.98 grill chicken tho~
