Impossible to find their phone number to contact customer service. There is Is a current scam going on GoogleI, where fraudulent 3rd parties Post their phone number as primes.Prime doesn't seem to care about it Or do anything to stop it from happening.I was trying to activate prime service on a new TV and was told by this 3rd party that it wouldn't activate because I needed to pay my annual (which wasn't due until January. Was offered 1 year for $116 or 2 years for 179. The person was not a prime rep and got $179 that hasn't be refunded. Be very careful of any dealings with amazon

I’m a prime member (over 2 yrs now) and have prime membership. First my packages were given to someone else. Prime doesn’t allow you to know they won’t accept some items back until you try and get that same product (syrup) So then I had to wait to have my money given back so I could purchase again. Prime membership says it promises 2 day delivery I’ve been waiting over 10 days. I have NEVER received my things ordered from this company in 2 days as promised. I also don’t appreciate that they don’t offer a return label for the box if it needs to go back. I also don’t appreciate that a receipt of purchased items is not itemized in the box to keep for records. Watch out because this company is shady!!
