Even tho they don't offer on-site pickup, there were employees outside of the building that were nice and able to point me in the right direction. They seem to have a nice, customer oriented culture dedicated to providing the best service, which is why I'm still a loyal customer and recommend them as a number one choice for online orders!

AMAZON decided TO LOCK MY ACCOUNT AND I FIND THIS unbelievably unacceptable and frustrating!!! Because i have business to start and they have delayed that 100%. this is very unacceptable service and behavior! and for such a large company to not have a direct Customer service chat or email is the second most frustrating issue! the fact they didn't even give me an option to try to recover my account or any is absolutely annoying and first of all if there was anything wrong with my account I would have reached out to guys personally, very disappointing service. ZERO STAR!

I just wanted to thank Amazon for always putting my packages where I requested and had to write down on the main door of the building. They used to put it inside and I live on the bottom left side and have my own entrance. But thanks to them I always get my packages safely and they send a picture usually where they put the times.

Someone in the traffic department please ask the drivers to stop turning around in driveways especially on a culdesac road, not necessary. It's common practice for UPS to not use driveways unless absolutely necessary. Thank you!
