This facility is a joke. My package never came. First it said in transit 5/12/2022, later that evening states running late, this morning 5/13/2022 states out for delivery. Still have not received. I know everyone need a job, but if you all cannot process packages and get them to their location you should close the facility or fire everyone and start over with a new crew.

Can be tricky to find the first time for truck drivers, when you go down Bain Rd and see the Amazon facility on your right, take a right on the side road just past it( Mason rd is the name of the side road, Bain rd ends at that side road, the main rd, Bain, turns into Mason Rd there straight down to the other Amazon facility at the stop sign) after turning right onto Mason rd your see Amazon on your right, go just past the building then turn right on the drive that takes you along the backside of the building, plenty of signs to follow from there. It can be tight back there sometimes, only about 8-10 dock doors on the building. Hope this helps.
