Not a huge fan. Was fired on my day off. **Explained I was fired on my day off. I am an Amazon flex employee. What this means is I only have to work 4 hours a week. I didn’t have any shifts scheduled. My girl friend asked me on Friday if I work this weekend. I went and looked and I did not. Someone or something scheduled me in turn was fired. I told them I wanted to appeal the decision they said they would email me an appeal application. They never did. Never got anything saying I was fired or to appeal..

If you performed well, they will give you write up for your stowing etiquette not being perfect. If you followed stowing etiquette you will get talked down and another write up as to why you're not stowing 2000 items every half hour. 70% of managers are female/ horrible and shouldn't be in leadership positions. They love to pick male on minorities. Either way you're ducked. Good luck, you will need it.

It's not the world's worst place to work. I actually enjoy it for the most part. My body takes a beating but this is also a very demanding job and it's to be expected. It's not perfect but no major corporate building is. I work packing/AFE1 and the management there are actually pretty chill and easy to get along with. Do your job the best you can and be straight forward about what's going on if they talk about your rates etc, I promise they will listen and understand. Don't overload yourself, know your limits and you'll be fine. Pay is good and benefits are great.

A good place to work, opportunity & development of a good job that could lead to a good career, hard working people with a goal in mind when working together. Ain't it that bad as some people say about it, it's a good starting job.

Absolute misery, that’s how I would describe working there, constantly increased the rates no matter how hard everyone was working, the would push you too your physical limit and then ask you to do more. Contract says 4 days a week but for the year of 2021 almost every week we worked 5 days. Quitting was honestly the best life choice I’ve ever made, yes the money there is decent but they will make you hate your life and then only cover one therapy visit a year.
