The only reason I stayed as long as I did is because of the lovely supervisors. They were all super down to earth and chill. Nothing really terrible happened until the very end. Put in my 2 week notice, the next day when I tried to get into work my ID Badge wouldn’t scan at the door. They took me off the system early so they wouldn’t have to pay me for an additional 2 weeks. Thanks Jeff!

Truck drivers, easy in and out no parking on site but 2 truck stops in the area and they fill up fast.

Agreed it is like a small family. Very clean workplace and methodical processes. CONS: Too many staff in leadership positions (Blue, Orange Vest Leaders) must learn how to communicate professionally, politely and courteously to workers. It is unfortunate to see such a well oiled organization have a "culture" of leaders who don't know how to make requests of a worker, or give instructions to a worker politely and respectfully. This is a huge issue for me.
