Poorly managed, managers walk around nonchalantly with no care in the world. Problem solve and managers aren’t very helpful, expect you to go above and beyond, which it’s extremely difficult when it’s overstaffed. No safe way to move freely around without people in the way, carts scattered in walking paths, items are always not in said location by zebra causing delays, people following you around instead of using that time to reorganize shelves. During “training” I had to train myself, that just goes to show how much they value employees. The only good thing is that you can pick your own schedule, good luck if you are like me driving 30+ minutes just to see when you get there it’s nothing for you to do, all printers, and carts are in use. Walk around multiple times to see if any are available. Ask “problem solve” to help all they can say is too keep walking like I applied to work for Peloton.
