Lately the delivery drivers have been leaving my packages practically in the main road in front of my house because they are to lazy to pull in my driveway and leave it at my front door like I requested in delivery instructions. Wondering if they are going to end up being as bad as fed ex?

Just receiveded 2 pac kage from Amazon deli ery truck that doesn't belong to us. Both should be delivered to Carmichael and not to Nantucket St. In Roseville.

Terrible service. UPS does not provide the best service but at least the packages arrive on time. I made 2 amazon orders with discounts, they were delayed day after day for a week. Each day I would contact support to ask where my package is, and each day they assured me that they will be delivered by the end of the next day. After a week, I've had enough and they finally admitted that my orders were lost. They offered a solution where I would reorder the items and select the fastest shipping they had available and they will refund me the new order amount so I would keep the discount rate and not have to pay for the faster shipping. Lied to again. What they did was refund me for the old discounted orders, not only that, the new orders were delayed again. Finally it my orders were placed on the truck and marked that they were out for delivery. Guess what, they were not delivered. Prior to this, I made sure to contact them again and leave my phone number with instructions to call me when the delivery driver is near by so there would be no issues with the delivery. Never happened. Save yourself some trouble: if you buy from amazon, make sure they're not doing the delivery.
