Driver from dlt2 just destroyed part of my yard and driveway after pulling down into my yard and getting stuck.

After several call to amazon, I am still having packages thrown into my yard...Customer service every time I call indicates that I have no record of complaints. This is probably the reason that this behavior is going uncorrected.

After COUNTLESS phone calls and empty promises that things will be fixed, I continue to have my packages thrown into the yard and left out in the rain. I have repeatedly requested that packages be left on my covered back porch, but no one at Amazon seems to care. I have been forced to always look elsewhere to buy unless I absolutely have no other option. I'm ok with this, but is a true shame when a company could care SO LITTLE about their customers and the service their company provides.

Package got transferred by accident to this facility and deemed lost then found and sitting in facility for days with no updates
