If i could give it a zero I would. Shipment was to be delivered a day ago. No one was there to receive it from UPS, although the Hub was supposedly open all day. Therefore the shipment was delayed till today. After receiving the notification for pickup, went to the store THREE times and the 'away' sign was up every time, but moved every hour. No one was there and door is locked. AMAZON HUB SUCKS. Thanks for spoiling a great party.

I came to pick up my Amazon package and the place was closed, even though it was 2:30 PM. And there was a sign in the door indicating that someone would be back by 2:00. Not good! addendum: To be fair, it turned out the person in charge was called away for a family emergency. I returned the next day and had no trouble. The whole process was automated.

I had left specific instructions for the driver to leave packages at the door!! Apparently he/she doesn't follow instructions. Those instructions were left for a reason!!
