Delivery is sketchy. Half the time they go up the street behind my house and say they can't find it. Of course they can't! There's no such house number on that street. I don't live there. I tried Key delivery which works fine as as they come to the correct street. I have a book of delivery instructions, yet certain drivers constantly do this. Get your act together!

I just started here last week and this is by far the best job I’ve had yet! Everyone is always in a positive mood and is always out to be there every step during the hiring process! I plan on working for them for a while cause they are always out there striving to take care of their customers and employees!

Constant delivery delays. Poor package placement by my door making it VERY visible from the road for Porch Pirates. Drivers don't seem to know how to use Google Maps and GPS to find my house if the sun goes down even if my house is the only one with a porch light on in front of the BIG house # sign. This needs to be fixed ASAP or I'm dropping Prime and exclusively using Ebay.

So bad they left my order according to Amazon with a security guard (they are not suppose to sign or accept packages. Amazon sent me the proof never got the order They sub contract now the delivery person was told by a delivery person they do not have to leave at my apt door take picture as was the practice before. Locker hubs to far away . Up your game amazon delivery and length of time to no receive garbage from 3rd party vendors from China

Terrible delivery, I think my normal driver was replaced, normally he always leaves the packages at the garage and takes a photo. Today I checked on a delivery, and it said “handed directly to resident” which isn’t true because I wasn’t home, I come to find my package at the very end of my driveway on the side of the road by my garbage cans, it could have easily been stolen. Too lazy to come up the driveway or take a picture…pathetic!
