DONT DO IT!!! If I could give them no stars I would I ordered a package that had to go through Katy and that’s the last I heard of it. REQUEST THAT YOUR PACKAGE NEVER GOES THROUGH KATY!!! Obviously there’s a bunch of thieves working there cause looking at the reviews I’m not the only one having this issue when I called customer service they couldn’t even find a number for this shady place, and come to find out they knew about the several complaints but haven’t done anything obviously.

Every package I order that goes through the katy facility arrives late. I have put in numerous complaints and have tried to find away to puck up my orders but no one will help.

Still waiting on my package. It said it arrived at the facility at 1:51 am. on Friday morning. Now it is saying arrived at facility at 11:51 p.m. last night. Horrible. I leave to go out of town tomorrow morning.
